tiger up! believes in demonstrating a high degree of social responsibility by conducting business in a manner that achieves sustainable growth and by using environmentally friendly manufacturing methods.

It is estimated that the commercial and industrial sectors in England generated 37.2 million tonnes of waste in 2018, this accounts for approximately 18% of generated waste in the UK. The construction and demolition sectors account for 62% of the UK’s waste, with households contributing just 12%. Now more than ever we understand the issue we are facing when it comes to waste and in particular, plastic waste and pollution.

As a responsible manufacturer in the private sector, we understand our contribution to the waste issue in the UK and our responsibility to do all we can to reduce our impact on our environment and decrease our waste output.

Committed to being an eco-conscious brand, tiger up! strives to constantly improve to ensure it provides a closed loop product cycle for its customers. As part of this commitment, tiger up! and its sister company, TigerTurf UK will become a waste free factory by the end of 2022, using the waste as feedstock for tiger up! products.

Our responsibility incorporates interaction with:

Our environment: through the development of products that prevent plastic contamination, using eco-friendly manufacturing methods and by recycling in-house and external plastic waste we are committed to eliminating any negative impact on our environment.

Our marketplace: we provide our market place with a number of solutions to issues spanning many industries. Our solutions offer eco-friendly products that last for years, preventing the need for replacement and waste.

Our people and community: through our local employment programmes, support of grassroots facilities and outdoor product solutions we encourage and develop local talent as well as helping to provide eco-friendly facilities and solutions that create a better, healthier world to live in.
